When I approached Ralas Builders & Developers, I was not sure of what should be a practical approach to decide on the purchase of a Flat. When I left the promoters (Mr. Rohit Singhania) office, I was sure about my decision! I capitalized on a very consultative approach & advice by Mr. Rohit I did procure a flat (from Ralas Builders & Developers) eventually in Jeevan Apartments, Shankar Nagar.
